We want to build a richer narrative of what extreme advantage looks like, so that we can tackle the top end of town by developing and implementing public policy that is positive for social and health equity.

2) Beyond that, we were able to build consensus on a set of non-economic indicators. Items related to "connections and signalling". Think: attendance at an elite secondary school; attendance at exclusive events; being on the board of an elite organisation; etc.
