So the contents of every US research grant proposal are also now likely available to “malign foreign actors”. Any universities or companies talking about this point?
Guidance from HHS has finally arrived, and we are pleased that someone, somewhere, possessed a spine. TL;DR - HHS employees do not have to respond to the "What did you do last week email", and if they choose to anyways, "assume that what you write will be read by MALIGN FOREIGN ACTORS".
