Since the U.S. Refugee Program was created in 1980, it has admitted over two million people fleeing ethnic cleansing and other horrors. Now it will be used as a pathway for White immigration. What a downfall for a crown jewel of America's international humanitarian programs.

The Supreme Court has consistently and overwhelmingly been made up of elite, powerful, white men who have interpreted that law in ways that protect people like themselves. The Warren Court was a blip and much of that has been and is being actively undone. This Court is the norm.
