2) It’s a pullout program so they secure a location near a public school and then bus kids out during the day to attend a Bible study. They are rewarded with incentives to bring more kids with them to grow the program.

A program I piloted and got state funding ($550,000 annually) for here in NJ is placing ASL Deaf Language Associates in daycare classrooms with Deaf, hoh, and Deaf-blind babies. Free of charge to families!
