I love this advice and wish I knew about spiro and sodium weeks before.

This was me, light headed and needing to rest a few times throughout the day. For me, salty snacks like pickles and olives help so much plus sugar-free powerade to stay hydrated has been a game changer.

I ask because I found out I'm also diabetic from the blood work I had done to start HRT in September. Specifically hyperglycemic. I've been waiting since then for an appointment with a specialist but until then, I'm alone and DiY managing this.
