Despite a trade ban from CITES preventing Laos from exporting monkeys, breeding facilities there are expanding rapidly and the numbers don't add up.

This kind of news makes me never want to move back to Utah. Proud to see my OR Governor @govtinakotek.bsky.social taking a stand against the OHSU primate center, which imprisons 5000 primates and subjects them to needless and cruel experiments with our tax dollars. Shut it down
