I dreamt someone tried to trick me into mailing raw pig balls. They were in a bag with a hole in it, and they looked like cut up sausage. I was going to be breaking a law, but was given a sticker that said "for use by dry cleaner" which was supposed to make it legal. But the whole thing was a gag.

This is a song about people who don't believe mental illness is a thing. Even fans mistake it as a positive song. It's positive in the way toxic positivity is positive. It's positive about as much as "just get over it" is helpful. That's pretty much what the song is about. "Just get over it."
