The entry's text: District Judge Angel Kelley: MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION entered. For the reasons stated in the attached memorandum, Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Injunction is GRANTED.
