I finally have new tires! No thanks to FL Blue, who doesn't allow tagging and who deemed the wheels for my wheelchair not medically necessary.
Those blue specs on the old wheels are not bits of debris. That is the inner liner of the tire. Needless to say, these were very over due to be replaced!
