Currently if you use the noise effect it stays throughout the animation. Unlike the other effects you can apply, stop and start via Keyframes.

I usually have two or three books that I am reading at any given time. One is usually fun, such as right now I'm half way through the second volume of the complete collection Sherlock Holmes. I've been enjoying and I was surprised how much the US is talked about.
