It's a success, so I'm gonna make more jam with the abundant mangoes leftover.
I never had homemade jam with mild sweetness like this so I can use it thickly, unlike the overly sweet from store-bought ones. It's a bit chewy 😳

It's mango season here! Can't finish all the mangoes so I thought can I made it into jam? Then I actually found the recipe online. Added no sugar cause I had Arum Manis mangoes that were already sweet as honey. I'm surprised with how good it tasted, even though I forgot to add the cinnamon 😂

I let it be the whole night, it hardened enough for me to cut it thinly, W. Tasted fine but texture is a bit weird, L.
Covered it up in breadcrumbs and all like usual and it ended up edible, thankfully.

personally, i prefer the wordy option if somebody decides to use it in non fiction. it's sounds somewhat ugly but at least not confusing. it'd be much kinder to my brain's process.
