I had an NPC helping me with the Greymoor boss: I found him in the area and talked to him a few times, then he asked if I wanted help.
Too bad that before beating that boss I did a side quest and the boss disappeared because the people involved in it moved to his arena..............

I totally agree, I'm especially feeling the money situation, already had to grind multiple times or just leave stuff behind, kinda frustating especially since this was not a problem at all in HK.
Another think I really don't like is that a lot of bosses don't reward anything directly, not even money

Personally what I really want to see is a faithful adaptation of the manga, the reaction from the general public would be amazing 😂
