Totally agree. I was skinny but was not in shape and was sick all the time. I have better stamina now and hardly get sick. Knock on wood.

I was thin until my late 20’s. So thin people thought I was anorexic. I thought I was too thin & had low self esteem. Then I gained a bunch of weight and still had low self esteem. I will say that I was treated much better when I was thin. Now perimenopausal I can’t lose the weight.

We have trainings twice a year and they are mandatory. Even after that I still may open one in error.
