Haven’t read the article yet, but I’m betting it’s because corporations hire teams of accountants and lawyers to exploit the weaknesses of our tax code that exists in such a state because of their ability to buy politicians and influence which laws are made.

I feel like the best thing to do right now is focus on your community. You have a lot more influence on local politics than you do on the federal level.

Just to be clear, the musicians and celebrities who have private jets are still the top 1%. Most of them are actually not that much better off than the average Joe.
