When you want maximum autumn coziness but you live in Phoenix. He’s wearing a sweater (he adamantly insisted) under that blanket so he needs to balance his temperature levels.

It’s finally cool enough he wants a sweater for morning walkies in the dark. It’s only supposed to reach the mid 60s today so I’m letting him keep it on. Happy boy!

Mr. Pitiful has been loving the high temperatures in the 80s. Not so fond of dark, 57F mornings. He’s even less fond of me going to work on Saturday mornings, earlier than my weekday schedule. Only the strawberry I gave him could make things better. #PobrecitoKiernan

Made my green chile mac & cheese for the work potluck today. Not remotely healthy and you taste that in every bite!

And still, no one gets my super funny t-shirt. (A gift from my vet. I used to have one with an eight but sheep plugged into a wall socket which she coveted. When she found this graphic, she bought one for each of us.)

Kiernan is having his evening quality time. A blanket, a cheese stick and a toy, should the move strike. He gets very industrious around this time of night. And then conks out thirty minutes later.

Ten years old in weeks and this is his first pup cup. In my defense, prior to getting his car seat, he screamed nonstop on car rides. Also, I don’t like Starbucks and a latte is rarely what I’m craving when out and about. I didn’t even know Culver’s offered them!

A piebald dachshund has made a perfect nest out of the fitted turquoise sheet. Both are atop the bare mattress cover. The doxie is butt to butt with his stuffed counterpart, only its paws are visible.

The managers decorate our desks for out birthdays. We get steamers, balloons, temporary custody of the Happy Birthday banner and a card signed by the whole department. I requested no balloons (latex allergy.) Look at the adorable latex free balloons they made for me! 🥰🥰
