i can't tell if that's applicable all around the globe tho

but instead it's used and aimed (for no real reason) for content making and research (and war) just cause it's, like, profitable, i guess?..

i wish humans quality of life, health and safety didn't depend on ~profits~ and ~margins~... but oh well.......

it's such a INCREDIBLE tool for analyzing big data and making predictions
it is SO USEFUL in medicine and could've been used so well for education, accounting\bookkeeping and probably so many other fields i have no clue about

ммм если под quality ты имеешь в виду тайминг фреймов, а не пикселизацию, то это возможно при экспорте фиксить!
Там есть несколько не очень очевидных галок, например, что фреймрейт в 24 надо самостоятельно руками прописывать, мб в этом дело?
