number 3 because idc is that with how the doc reads its designed to make them look as bad as physically possible. descriptors that are only marginally applicable at best but have negative social connotations are applied to turn people away. i can only assume the goal was to completely isolate them

1. my buddy was 15, their alleged victim was 17. this was left out of the doc to prevent people from obviously just calling it garbage

anyway workin with this lol said 15 year old spent several formative years in the worst possible environment for a victim of online grooming, surrounded by basically everyone being super weird and open about the niche deviantart stuff they were into.
