I'm debating on making a hat to go work my scarf. It's the simple things that keep me from going insane.

Changing the yarn on my scarf project did the trick. Finished knitting now I have to block. Lace pattern looks great.

I'm changing yarn on my scarf project, which has proven harder than I thought. The fuzzy yarn is near impossible to frog cleanly.

Well, I screwed up my scarf and had to cut it free. I'll be starting over later on. One of the problems I have working with fuzzy yarn.

I will keep my feed as politically free as I can. I will continue with my original plan of posting crafts, books and other creative things. There is much more to me than politics that need expression as well.

Finally got in the flow on the chevron pattern. My curse of starting new projects is it takes forever to get it going, no matter what the project.

A project I recently finished. A lace snood/cowl

Had to order new yarn. What I was using is no good for lace. Live and learn.

New knitting project being planned. I haven't made myself a scarf in over 25 years ago it's about time. Gong with chevron lace.

The normies are fighting to give the word "weird" primarily bad connotations, using it as an insult. Not this shit again. Let's reclaim it.

Ms. Grace here took a heavy fall. The impact was taken largely by my hands and wrists. At this rate they'll never get better.

I recently had to call it quits to a mod position on FB. I'm really sad but my damned wrists and hands can't take it.

Working on my first apparel piece, a baby cardigan. This virus doesn't help with concentration, I have dozens of mistakes already.
December 29, 2023 at 1:00 AM
Have had this virus for almost 3 stupid weeks. I'm exhausted.

Rediscovery. When cross stitching use a thread conditioner or don't. Don't do both the results look like garbage.

My next two knitting projects planned are how to make gloves and children's sweaters. If you know of a free tutorial or pattern please comment with the info. Thanks

Of all the scary things we come across. Life is the scariest.

Going to attempt to learn how too use a knitting belt. It's supposed to be easier on the hands and wrists. I'll see.

Fall is officially here, my time of year. The time when I'm most creative.

I hate the shitshow and am tired of the growing idocracy. If there is anything positive happening, you blink and miss it.
