Very grateful to Sarah Sackman MP for coming to #Thetford today to support our local by-election campaign. Great support from local people who appreciate everything we’re doing locally to improve the area and my work as the new Labour Member of Parliament for South West #Norfolk

Given how strongly eg Unite leader Len McCluskey campaigned for Brexit, I hope this new more enlightened stance comes with an apology

The most beautiful day to walk from Diss to Long Stratton on Boudicca's Way.

Americano coffee alongside a cheese and red onion baguette from the Angel Café, Fair Green a stonking 9/10.

Brancaster to Hunstanton to complete the Norfolk Coast Path.

There's a old saying "There's no such thing as bad weather, only bad equipment" and that was tested to destruction yesterday with temperatures around 4C, 40 mph winds and horizontal rain...

As usual @jacobsteinberg1.bsky.social is spot on the money!

All the strikers West Ham have bought - and the only three that have succeeded: Arnie, Antonio and Bowen were purchased as wingers

First walk of the year; a nice short one to ease us back in. Angles Way final leg from Redgrave to Knettishall.

Mexican chicken roll from Greggs and Americano coffee from Starbucks 8/10.

Objectionable and unnecessarily aggressive Thelnetham farmer 0/10.

Aston Villa 2-1 West Ham.

A more resilient Hammers side under new man Potter undone by some scandalous officiating but also a bench with nowhere near the quality of the opposition.

We're all thankful Lopetegui has gone - but Steidten needs to follow him...

The Norwich Western Link Road was always an environmentally & financially reckless policy. Norfolk Tories ignored clear risks - including the likelihood planning permission would not be given. Now they’ve pumped huge sums of money into it and are busy blaming others

Damning of Lopetegui sure, but also Sullivan and Steidten, both of whom share a large degree of responsibility for the mess the club find themselves in

Today the PM will outline our plans to restore our NHS and make it work for every single patient.

Man City 4-1 West Ham.
I expected nothing from this game.

But...

1.2 xG from 17 shots the story of our season offensively, while only three sides have a worse defensive record at the other end of the pitch. Both stats damning of the head coach.

Good to see Spurs getting absolutely plastered whilst playing the football the right way. Forest and Bournemouth sit in the top six with their direct styles but it feels like we're not allowed to acknowledge these things at West Ham because David Moyes is the antichrist.
