What happens is people get violently tackled based on race, immigration refuses to look at proof of ID, accuses people of having fake ID, take them to detention centers to satisfy their quota, and even US citizens get locked up for at least days until they are released. It is all on Kavanaugh.

He says it is OK for immigration enforcement to stop people based on race because, he claims, it would be brief and as soon as the person can prove legal status the person would be released. There is no walking back. It's all on him.

I fail to see how she could have obstructed the arrest when she directed the defendant to the public hallway where ICE agents were, and that direction was uncontested witness testimony. The secret tape didn't help, but the tape was vague and not what ultimately happened.

I heard analysis on concerns with the failure to object to the fellow judge witness making a statement essentially concluding that Judge Dugan was guilty. That could have been the basis for mistrial. Failure to object would mean she loses the right to appeal based on that issue.

He doesn't seem to understand that his remaining days at FBI are numbered and publicly bragging about his love life which is the origin of the scandals surrounding his abuse of FBI resources will only add fuel to the fire.

If US citizens born and raised in America can't even read or write English, on what basis do they think they are entitled to demonize immigrants, other than pure racism? I bet you many of the immigrants they detain can read and write English better than they can.

All the FBI directors before him knew better that by accepting the appointment they were expected to essentially give up their personal life for the duration of the appointment. That is what the job requires and if he didnt want to give up his personal life, he could have declined the nomination.
