Just for the record, this is mostly just Bloomington being discussed also. The regional campuses are struggling to keep basic majors as well, just because our overall enrollments are smaller. We are collateral damage basically.

For this reason, I always loved my once congressmen, then after I moved away senator from MD, Ben Cardin. He was utterly boring, a good guy, and an expert of fiscal issues who wrote detailed tax code and other legislation. He was who you should want writing legislation for it to actually work.

True on the later, but Clarks has half gone out of business as a show company now sadly. All their retail stores are gone for example, which is sad as they were good dress shoes.

In principle, I agree. Where I get stuck is what she was "desperate" for because much of that was actually manufactured not real. That's the part I struggle most to have sympathy for, people with basically decent lives acting like they are desperate because they don't have perfection.
