Excellent news. The 11th circuit is not willing to wait until tomorrow for a response from Nauta and DeOliveira to Jack Smith’s opposition. The court wants it TODAY by 5.
UPDATE: The 11th circuit rejects Trump codefendants request to respond by tomorrow morning, says they must answer DOJ by 5pm today.
