The difficult thing with social media (for me) is I always look back at what I wrote and cringe. It feels like I'm looking back at a 7th grade diary entry going "ew, how pretentious and dramatic"

I don't think we can fully disengage from the digital sphere, but maybe we can do a few less things online. I haven't put together a physical photo album in years, and there's something in the tactile experience of arranging these memories.
