The first two things I’ve baked with my new stand mixer 🤭
I’m a new baker and have only ever done stuff from boxes or I can just pop in the oven. These are from scratch and I’m happy with the results, obviously there’s a lot to learn and I need to make smaller cookies 😅

My sourdough Yoongi has been restarted, I sterilized the mason jars this time(should have done it last time) and I’m using a smaller jar. Hopefully this time it doesn’t grow green mold after one day 😅

Okay instead of buying someone’s sourdough starter I decided I’m just doing to do it myself. Now it’s the waiting game. I did 50 grams water(added a bit more cause it looked a tad bit too dry) and 50 grams flour so hopefully it works.

Ranking of the Thai GLs I have watched. So far nothing is topping Pluto for me which is shocking cause I love the secret of us a lot but truly Pluto is a masterpiece.
