RDR2 went the opposite route. They give you a vast amount of choice in regards to your horse. But the story moment late in the game still hits hard. For me it was because I had the option throughout the game to switch to a diff horse but didn't. So that 'moment' is even more impactful.

I regularly fly to India which is 12:30hrs ahead Cali. Once I get on the plane, I act like I'm in my destination timezone, which means I attempt to sleep or stay awake accordingly. It's about 22hrs of flying time typically so that gives me enough time to adjust in flight before arriving.

I will forever now imagine you just sitting on your couch doing this with no additional context with a sneaky grin on your face.

AC for me is like junk/ comfort food. I like just running around the world completing out bandit camps and then at the end going through the story. Shadows doesn't feel any more special than other AC but I'm okay with that
