I see your point and, as it is now, it is too easy for those (few) GOP senators pretending to be on the right side.

They are the same who enabled Trump, and now they voted this motion just because they know it will never be voted by House of Representatives.

This is actuality nothing, it will never be voted by th House of Representatives becase the GOP blocked the fast-track option.

This is the reason why 4 GOP senators voted for it, a proforma act with no real impact.
