I just stood in the parking lot at my co-op watching the Monarch Butterflies on the Meadow Blazing Stars and the Gold Finches on the Cup Plants. It helped a little. So does the sound of crickets and cicadas.

I'm doing a project right now, funded by the Minnesota State Arts Board. They receive some of their funding from the NEA, including the grant I received. With very little money, we artists work in community, collaborate across disciplines, including science, and bring people together. That is power.
