If they cave on the CR, they are clearly saying just the opposite of what you've claimed. If healthcare is not affordable, the ripple effect is felt throughout our budgets. I have a vague memory of an organization seeking citizen archivists to help preserve these disappearing documents. Do you have any idea where such an appeal might have been posted? I have a dozen friends who are retired librarians, and I expect many of them would be excited to help with archiving.
