I combine master password, service name, and key file with SHA256 to generate the password. I like it because (1) my passwords are never stored anywhere and are always generated on-the-fly, and (2) even knowing the master password doesn't get you access to my accounts as you also need the key file.

It's failing because it doesn't have 3 separate components, only the executive branch actually has authority to enforce anything. The power of the separate branches relies solely on the executive voluntarily choosing to respect their authority.

Why would having most things subject to democratic controls and institutions (i.e. socialism) make it more difficult to "stop them" than a society where hardly anything is (social democracy)? In any society corruption can be a problem but I don't see how less democracy helps here.
