These corners are FOOD

I noticed a couple times in this game where the Packers pretty much jumped the center at the snap and immediately blew up the play. Is that a JJ issue or more on the offensive operation as a whole?

My personal favorite play was the snap that sailed over his head thwarting what could have been his 5th goal-to-go carry that produced no TD

Was Tom not a factor because he just signed his extension? Agree on wanting to see growth from the defenders but Cooper and Williams look like true impact players. And the depth of offensive talent still on rookie deals, hard for me to see leaving them off the list.

Appreciate your work!

Yea it was this at bat specifically from yesterday that had me thinking about Mounty. Inside-out swing on that ball is not gonna get you very good results. Just seems whenever he gets the ball in the air it’s only to CF of RF.

Ramón too but I feel like he’s never been much of a pull hitter.

Has Mountcastle hit a fly ball to left field yet this season? Feels like the LF wall broke him.

Lots of room for growth on this team still. I still believe they have the guys capable of stepping up. Just frustrating to see last year’s issues rolling into the new season.

Long way to go, though!

It was happening the entire second half of last season, and now it has continued into this season. It’s just bad baseball. I appreciate what Hyde has done for this franchise and don’t necessarily blame him for it all but at the same time it’s a troubling pattern and he’s the manager of the team.

Each play itself might be the fault of the individual player. The team as a whole consistently making the these mistakes, throwing to the wrong base, missing the cutoff man, running into outs on the basepaths… that’s a leadership problem. And it’s happening in every game.

At some point the responsibility has to fall on Hyde. Team makes way too many mental errors defensively and baserunning and it’s costing them in every game they play.
