Figured this would happen. Too much emphasis on "harms" of screening (poorly defined) and on the anxiety of "concerning" results with follow up. TG I was screened, followed, biopsied, followed some more, and biopsied again before finally having surgery.

It's a stock photo. I wonder what of? (I assume the search term was TB) Be interesting to have an interpretation.

Likely the angle is differentnt thanstandard. Could be an AP view as opposed to a PA, or supine patient (portable machine), or barrel chest plus or minus kyphosis. Why radiologists spend 4 more years training.

And, I believe, it's properly refered to as "The United States of Mexico."

Maybe he meant the machine worked "perfectly!" Odds of getting an MRI in anyone, let alone someone over 70, that the radiologist is going to interpret as "nothing to see here" is pretty much 5000 percent unlikely.

It's not like anatomy texts need to be updated with new info. Especially since Frank Netter.

Somehow this hasn't happened to 6'2" white male me.

It takes about 3 months for the bill. If you're covered by Provincial medical, the cost is about $80. Less or 0 if on assistance. In our case, private insurance (from work) picked up most, so OOP was $16.

Nooo! I spent too long learning it! Maybe get rid of "raisin" (go with dried grapes).

I would pay extra for the seat in front of me to not recline.

Physics is so much fun.

This looks like it was written on the picture of the clip (way too even to be done on a curved surface) and done in pen, not engraved.

I was thinking ink might work.

I occupied university campuses for 10 years while in the military. Didn't seem to change much in them. I got smarter though.

Now I just need something to get the milk stain out.

I never could figure out how a bug that bites you and then sh*ts in the wound ends up which a name like "kissing bug." Good PR team I guess.

Me too. Apparently it's "too difficult" to implement and not on their priority list to change. Despite being able to do it in 10 and (I think) 7.

Comox is here too!

Old joke: What do you call a vet that only looks after one species . . . A physician. (Although pediatrician works too)

I lived with some gears in uni and their work always seemed pretty daunting to me. For me, medicine was way harder than basic training (twice), deployments and Pharmacy.

2 of the nurses in my med school class were 40. I worked with one fellow (former senior pilot) who was 46 on starting. The tricky part for senior students is funding.
