Honestly, the old fashioned way! It’s changed my relationships so much for the better. We have more to talk about, they text me pictures, we actually keep in touch more through text and phone calls. I feel so much more loved and connected.

I don’t think all opinions are valid. There are brilliant, educated people, refuting opinions and feelings through scientific study and history. If you’re debating fact with your feelings and opinions, your opinion probably is garbage and a little quiet self reflection and perhaps books might help.

I just had a disagreement with a friend about this. My opinion closely aligned with your post. Her position was that all opinions are valid. I firmly believe that people need to invest in developing self awareness.
