I'm a little confused. Isn't this precisely the same stage reached 3 years ago? Back then OCR said they were going to consult and then propose the spec etc ready for teaching Sept 25. Since then there's been no mention whatsoever until now.

Sadly not. But I have started getting students to create their own for important words and concepts. It's a work in progress but they're getting used to the routine and I love how doing so makes them think deeply about the word!
