The "promotion standards that prioritize quality over quantity" can be a double-edged sword, though, depending on who determines "quality". I've had "quality" used against me by colleagues unqualified to evaluate it.

"Most people" haven't had to try to use their health insurance though. When they ask people with serious or chronic conditions, satisfaction plummets.

"Anything is possible" until scientists collect multiple bodies of evidence demonstrating no link between childhood vaccines and autism. Which is what happened, so no, "anything" is no longer possible.

If you have a gas grill, consider charring the peppers, tomatillos and onions a little. Turn your grill up to "hell", slice in half crosswise & coat with oil or cooking spray, then give 'em a good char. Veggies stay firm that way but they get nice bits of carbon & caramelization.
