Happy to help. I’m a 4th generation canner in my family so I grew up around it but only the last couple years have REALLY gotten into it. Always happy to share what I’ve learned though! It’s a little extra peace of mind to have extra shelf stable stuff put aside.

You can do it! Start with high acid foods like tomatoes and fruit jelllies/jams. Those can be water bath canned & then that’ll give you the confidence to then go to pressure canning. nchfp.uga.edu is a great free resource to start.

This is unsettling. Terrifying.

Not to mention it giving voices to people who get no platform otherwise. The early days of the East Palestine train derailment come to mind for example. Honestly YT’s algorithm is VERY similar. The red pill algorithm slope on YT is intense, for example & I’d argue far less moderated than TT.

My algorithm is a lot of SAHM, WFHM and small businesses and shutting it down is going to be a major financial blow to them. Hell, *I* even got monetized on there. There’s SAHMs making thousands per month posting videos of cleaning & cooking. There’s good and bad as with most things.
