On one of our boat tours they said it rains 255 days a year here. At least you missed the heat wave! We enjoyed the t’IJ brewery someone else mentioned, and they have an outpost in Vondelpark.

Yes!! We did a tour when we were there (Edinburgh Gin was renovating), and also visited their rooftop restaurant at the distillery. I bought lots of gin plus a stirring spoon.
