I don't know about the requirements, challenges and pitfalls of large automated platform moderation (I review the occasional comment by hand still). However, in all the years I have not read a single problematic sentence from Kendzior, and if she gets suspended without knowing why, sth. is wrong.

My own livelyhood is secure and separate from anything online - I post and read for fun, and can do so on my own websites if need be. Professional writers need those channels for their work and income, since they depend on reaching large audiences.

Just as a followup for those who don't know: Sarah Kendzior is a deeply insightful analyst of authoritarian regimes which makes her especially readable under Trump. Kendzior deals in - increasingly personal - political analytics, not in opinion writing. You can find her on substack.
