I have the tent, sleeping bags, camp stove, cots, fans, etc etc etc. I hate camping! Imagine all the hotels I could have stayed in for the $$$ i spent on camping gear just so G (who also doesn’t enjoy camping) can join scout events.

Drop down an octave in you speech. Basically finding your customer service voice. I also have to slow down how quickly I talk. Other than that drink lots of water. I also let people know that there would be a brief pause while I worked on something but if they had a question feel free to ask.

Glad you found something that is working. Afrin is similar to Sudafed but be careful about how long you use it. I have heard 3’days max then take a break.

What is working for you?

I took 1 Sudafed (the kind they keep behind the counter) a day for about 5 days with my regular allergy medicine and it helped A LOT. Check out the interactions with your meds, conditions before taking it.

How would good landlords do in that area? Like a decent house at a decent price that is taken care of by the owner and the renter.

I’m a Gen X with a 9 year old. I’ve been through the Dot com bust, 08 recession, covid, whatever the hell 2025 is. I’ve never not had the fear of being laid off and it’s happened numerous times.
