Trumps biggest mistake is thinking the American public wanted him and all the terrible things he’s doing. They don’t. Most didn’t want him in the first place. But last years election gave people a choice between bad and worse and they chose worse. Because worse had a better message.

When analyzing where the Dems went wrong in ‘24 people forget Biden and Kamala didn’t give voters anything to vote for. Biden was a shell of himself and couldn’t speak well and Kamala, while having her heart in the right place, wasn’t the right candidate for the times.

The Dem party has been stuck with old Democrats and connections to the past that don’t meet the current moment. We need to be looking for new leaders. New voices. Schumer needs to go. Old Dems need to retire. New voices with new ideas that reflect the present need to revive the party.

Going into 2024 no one wanted Biden to run again. Except Biden. A primary where a new candidate could have built a new political force would have beat Trump. Because the county wanted change. The county didn’t want Trump or Biden. Biden’s egotistical decision robbed us of change.

In 2016 Bernie almost beat Hilary because the country wanted new ideas, new voices. That primary actually shut down challenges to Hilary because she was anointed as next by the departing Obama administration. Among many other factors, a new voice could have beat Trump then. A fresh voice.

The one thing I never read in dissecting where the D party has gone wrong is that we NEED MORE CHOICES IN OUR LEADERS! Since Obama we were force fed Hilary, Biden came in during COVID and Biden / Harris in ‘24 failed to give Dems and undecideds a choice for something new. This is the problem.

What Chuck Schumer failed to realize is that there is no government when the President of the United States WANTS to destroy it. DOGE is infiltrating social security, firing nuclear scientists and veterans. Schumer chose to go against the majority of Senate & House Dems and give MAGA victory.
