I disagree as to the Courts and Supreme Court. They have shown some degree of independence and acting like an Article III entity. The Roberts upheld Obamacare and the Indian Child Welfare Act that is relevant to my profession. It was huge. Plus, they denied Cert on that Kim Davis and Gay Marriage.

Or government. Or any other job that serves the general public. Kim Davis was not acting in her individual capacity. She was just an AGENT of the government office she chose to run for and accept. It would be like criticizing a public defender or private lawyer for representing a murderer.

I bought the poster at K-Mart in ‘09. I had it laminated at an Office Max shortly thereafter. The service desk clerk noted that he voted Republican and told me that he “refused” to laminate it. We laughed and he told me to return in an hour. He told me he double laminated it. It hangs on our door.

Look at it this way. It’s damn near impossible to negotiate with MAGA types who want to tear down government. They couldn’t care less that it collapses. So the Dems saved government, people get to eat and government lives another day. If government collapsed, healthcare would not be in the cards.

They did not surrender. It’s impossible to negotiate with MAGA types who couldn’t care less if the government collapses or was torn completely down. Their attitude is chaos and destruction. So, these Dems saved government and the Republic. Government lives another day.
