Referring to a specific person?
Use the words that reflect their identity.

Referring to a group, a system, or a policy?
Use words that are accurate for anyone.

Not vague.
Just precise.

We believe them.

When I dropped Twitter, I picked up threads. It was great — authors, queer folk, a much better environment. I came back to it and now all I see are transphobes in my feed.

What’s a choose-your-own adventure business book?

It’s 4 chapters everyone should read (benefits of inclusion, terminology & communication tools to help your fear of saying the wrong thing).
