Well, it sort of did…that whole separation of powers, checks and balances thing. But what it didn’t account for was Congress and the Supreme Court standing behind him cheering as he stuffs our country’s head in a toilet.

If CA can’t produce oranges, does that increase FL profits? Is that a possible motive here, or am I mistakenly assuming nefarious strategy rather than incompetence?
