I am the President of North Kozachistan and I volunteer my soldiers as stationary target practice for the IDF. Yes, my mom dropped me as a baby, how did you know?

This rule falls apart after the Arab spring, especially the Naif branch of the family going nuts over the Sharqiya Shias, but compared to what was going on in many other neighboring countries, it was still pretty tame.

Salman hasn’t really governed as king if reports of his dementia are true. However, what makes the Al-Sauds interesting is successive rulers of the same generation generally chose diplomacy over force domestically. Is this due to fraternal succession? Or decentralized power among Abdul Aziz’s sons?

I think we should take an issue with a foreign head of state inserting themselves into our municipal politics though. Whether it’s villainizing the incoming mayor or lining the pockets of the current one, foreign interference must be pushed back forcefully.

I refuse to believe Hillary is this stupid. Either she's smart to tell this audience what they want to hear, or more likely, she's cynically using Oct 7th and the genocide that followed as a cudgel to further interests of the US empire against China.

Only liberal Zionists have the ability to be shocked by the fact that an ex-general who (illegally, according to his own army) took Palestinian children as human shields now wants to pursue perpetual apartheid against Palestinians.

Yes but don’t you Palis get it - the world historic failure of a leftist faction has declared that going after such orgs is not “strategic” for you so just get on with the program and rant against Netanyahu and Ben Gvir.

Similar to “what about Sudan“, this talking point comes up only when Zionism is under scrutiny. Almost everyone demanding to leave places of worship out of bounds have nothing to add about the nature of events at these, nor do they offer similar unqualified protection to mosques, temples, etc

blanket support for Israeli apartheid, etc. Granted, this is a much weaker position for them compared to extracting explicit loyalty pledges to Israel and absurd limitations on speech on elected reps, but this smokescreen will make it much harder than now for voters to trace pro-Israel interference.

This makes a lot of sense, but as broad support for Israel collapses, I fear AIPAC and other pro-Israel orgs will also seek to camouflage themselves within the US political divide. Military support for Israel will be folded into the larger US militarism question, Judeo-Christian values to mean

I mean, this doesn’t make sense at many fundamental levels, but just from a rhetorical perspective undermines Zohran so badly. That moment in the primary debate where every candidate is an eager beaver to rush to Israel and Z defiantly says he will stay in New York to serve his constituents is lore.
