getting really into my worldbuilding document. 3000 words and i've only done two out of seven major nations oops
text reading: Economy Likrios’ primary income source is the tax levied on all foreign goods passing through the town of Market Town. This means taxes on civilians are extremely low, and the quality of infrastructure is generally good. Most people work in trade or fishing, though there is a small agricultural industry, especially on the island of Tamon. Dress Likrian clothing is predominantly made from linen, made locally but from flax imported from Haven. Other common materials are silks from Ituan, and wools from further north. Men and women alike wear tunics with hose; wealthier people wear long robes, where the working classes prefer more practical, shorter garments. Jewellery is another common status symbol, made either from precious metals or beast-teeth, which can be considered a sort of good luck charm. Likrian sailors practice a tradition of only wearing beast-teeth jewellery from a beast they themselves have slain. there is a sketch of a man and woman in Likrian clothing
