Snapped a quick picture while everyone was up getting food.

After 13 years, I’m still so grateful we get to host Thanksgiving dinner at the church.

We’ve had 24 people come through so far. God is so good.

“Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever.” Psalm 107:1

If that’s you then you know that all the particular details of my story don’t matter right now.
What matters most is that you understand the freedom you’ll find and the deeper love you’ll experience when you lay all your secrets down and open yourself to the love that will come your way as a result.

She loves me better than I love myself, makes my heart happy, and quite literally saved my life this year. 🛟

Oh, and she’s crazy cute too. 😉

Everyone agrees that to know her is to love her, and I just happen to be the lucky one who gets to call her mine. ❤️

I knew @aldiusa.bsky.social was cutting costs, but I didn’t expect to be checked out by a literal skeleton yesterday. 💀🛒

I asked if I could pay with cash, and he said, “Sorry, I only take crypt-o currency.” ⚰️ 🤣

A daily reminder of the life I long to live and the message I hope to embody during this part of life I never expected to be living. ✨

He may not take the wheel (sorry, Carrie Underwood), but He does nod encouragingly every time I hit a pothole, miss a turn, or sing off-key to the radio.

Honestly, it’s like having a tiny, holy hype-man who says, “Yep, you’re doing great,” no matter how questionable my driving is. 🙏😂

If all goes as hoped, I’ll “see” you next Friday as I finish 200 days away—refreshed, restored, and rejoicing in whatever God has next. Love you all, Anderson.

Hello Again, Friends,

Here’s a long-overdue update for those of you who have been praying for me and following along as I navigate the mental health journey I’ve been on the last few months:
June 10, 2025 at 1:49 PM

Now, without further ado, allow me to introduce the McKia; the newest member of the McFleet.

So, without further ado, may introduce the newest member of the McFleet the McHonda!

Also, if you’re ever in need of a car head to CarMax, ask for Jacob, and tell him we sent you.

Me trying to explain to my therapist why I bought this glittery Last Supper snow globe from Cracker Barrel today: “It’s…it's... a metaphor for my spiritual journey. You know, a little fabulous 💅🏼, questionable to many 🧐, but definitely religious. 😇”

Deep down I know God’s got us, but your prayers and the help of some great volunteers at the Church will always be a welcomed addition to the mix. 🙂

May you look back on the year ahead and be able to confidently declare, “Only God could have done this.”

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” – Romans 15:13
