There are some fantastic science sites here. Yes, I'm a political junkie, but I really enjoy the sites that bring me information on recent discoveries at Pompeii, on dinosaurs, ancient peoples, changes in the weather .....

Proposition 13 in California is a monstrosity for first-time home buyers in a state with very high housing costs. High mortgage rates + Prop 13 tax rates + rising insurance rates is a deal killer for my kids. And they don't have any education loans...
