One way I tried to minimize my reliance on Bezos properties was to belatedly get my library membership.

We visited ours today to file our toddler’s first-ever passport application. It’s a major public service not all libraries offer, so we are super thankful this is a thing here. The whole process took just an hour (including a stop for pastries).
