It's insanity. Someone at EasyPark has done some maths and optimised the fine to maximise total revenue. If it was $40 they'd be leaving money on the table. $90 and too many people refuse to pay. I called them and they offered a "one-time" $10 reduction. Don't pay because you do not own a "Kawaski."
