She/her. 80's baby. Creative, ND, spoonie. Always dancing, always singing, very tired. Thirsty for knowledge but, sadly, my brain is mostly mush, apart from random trivia and song lyrics. Lover of DIY. Kindness, always.
It must be almost 25 years since I first got this CD and I still think "Hey, my friend..." is a gorgeous way to start an album. Thank you for so many years of happy listening! ❤️

That's really lovely that it's an activity you can enjoy with your mum too. 😊 My Nan was amazing at knitting - she could sit and watch TV, barely looking at what her hands were doing, all the while with her needles clacking away. 😊 Again, I'm honestly so impressed that this was your first square!

"... and also losing weight?"

And I say this as someone who lost a massive amount of weight. I'm sure there ARE loads of internal benefits and hopefully it means I won't drop dead of a heart attack or stroke anytime soon, but do I feel any better or in less pain now? No. No, I do not.

I'm so impressed! You did a pattern and changed colours and everything! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I'm always crafting and DIY-ing and have basic sewing skills, but not sure I have the patience for crocheting. 😬 Lovely that you've found another hobby you enjoy. 😊

"I LOVE YOU, KAY HANLEY!!!"

YES! From the "10 Things I Hate About You" soundtrack! A great cover, although I do slightly prefer the original by Cheap Trick, and my personal favourite Letters To Cleo song is "Here and Now".

My goodness, I'm showing my age... 😁

I was wondering the same! As a mum of 3, I'm going with children.

Also, PLEASE do another UK tour soon! (And bring Mandy and Tall Heights along with you! 🙏🏻)

Thanks for posting this! I love this album so much - the frantic energy, the raw vocals. It didn't sound like anything else that I listened to as a teen and I've always loved that your voice isn't "pop star perfect" - you're just singing amazing songs with passion and humour and emotion. Thank you.

My eldest became a teenager! We had a lovely (emotional!) day with family, fun and good food - and the weather held up! 🙌🏻 My own birthday is on Monday and we'll be going back to Cardiff to spend a week with my family, so more good times to be had then. 😊

Just a cheeky, autistic greengrocer, doing what they do... 🙄

I'm really sorry this has happened to the exhibit, Roman. I also wanted to thank you for your fantastic talk at Chalke last week. My almost-teenager and I found it incredibly interesting, and your book is now on his birthday wish list. (And will definitely be read by me too!) Thank you again.

Ahhh, this is so lovely! 😊 I hadn't heard it, so thanks so much!

I absolutely love the Snoopy theme tune and always feel like it sounds as though Ben is playing it - so cool that he's actually involved in a Snoopy project!

Very sorry to hear this, especially if it was your animated show with Larry. It must feel crushing, so I hope more good things come your way soon! 🤞🏻

I'm so sorry to read this. You should be proud of yourself for still pushing onward through a bad week though - that in itself is a win, even when it doesn't feel like it. Sending my best wishes your way. 🫂

I saw Rumours of Fleetwood Mac with my parents & sister - 1st gig the 4 of us have been to together in 20 years! 😊 My middle child (suspected AuDHD, & v. anxious) also had a fab transfer day at school yesterday, while my youngest had a great "stay & play", ready to start Big School in September! 😊

Oh bless you, I'm so sorry to hear that. Fingers crossed you won't have to have another MRI anytime soon. 🤞🏻
July 2, 2025 at 12:46 PM
Oh, I do sympathise. Not nice at all to be strapped down and unable to move, especially if you're in pain and it hurts to stay in one position for so long. And the noise! Like a neverending dance track where you're always waiting for the drop. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Well done for getting through it, I hope you're OK.

He really is! One of my absolute favourites for almost 30 years. Thank you again! 😊

Thank you so much for posting this info!

The number of times I've spoken to a GP, checked my notes afterwards and they've either written things I've said incorrectly or just blatantly made things up... it's shocking. I should really change GP's since they're pretty rubbish, but I'm honestly not sure a different surgery would do any better!

If it means anything, I always love your art. It's raw and emotional and full of energy and I always enjoy seeing it. Please keep sharing.

Or crying about the reveal, rather than feeling extreme remorse for what he did and just leaving his victims alone from now on... Vile man.
