I don't think a district judge should have a say when it comes to federal matters. Or judges would rule and collide with each other. They had to find the same crazy judge as before to try and pull this stunt.

He rescinded after he imposed them, promises made promises kept. It's the first week dunno if you've notice almost everything is doubled thanks to the last administration. (It wasn't because of tariffs.)
